Monogrammed Cupcakes

These cupcakes were chocolate chip sour cream cake with buttercream icing. Each set of 3 cupcakes were monogrammed with the couples initials and placed in individual boxes.

Hawaiian Birthday


This hawaiian 50th birthday cake is covered with fondant and decorated with handsculpted and painted tropical flowers and leaves. The bottom tier was chocolate cake with hazelnut filling. The top tier is white almond sour cream cake with buttercream.

Anniversary

This 40th anniversary cake was covered in fondant with quilting around the bottom tier, scrolling on the second tier and swiss dots on the top tier. The bottom tier was chocolate cake with chocolate raspberry mousse filling. The second tier was lemon cake with lemon filling. The top tier was white cake with vanilla filling.













Under the Sea


This 3 tier birthday cake was for twins' first birthday and was covered in blue buttercream and many handsculpted fondant sea creatures and fish. The cake flavors were strawberry, chocolate and vanilla with buttecream filling.

Stars

The Stars cake were four cakes all covered in fondant with a quilting pattern around each cake with silver fondant stars and hand painted stars with each girls' name on a star with rhinestones. A tiara topped the 2 tier cake. The cakes were chocolate and white almond cake with buttercream filling.

Blushing Bride





This bridal shower cake was a white almond sour cream cake with strawberry buttercream filling. It was covered in fondant with a quilting pattern and dots around the cake. a handscuplted (1/2 cake and fondant) bridal gown adorned the top of the cake with a bouquet of roses and petals sprinkled around.

Wedding cupcakes



These wedding cupcakes were inspired by a postage stamp the buyer designed for their wedding. Each cupcake was topped with edible luster dust and a fondant bone. There were three types of flavors: red velvet cupcakes with white buttercream icing, pumpkin cupcakes with chai spice buttercream, and chocolate sour cream cupcakes with chocolate icing. The two top cupcakes had handsculpted fondant dogs.

Musical Baby

This 3-tier musical themed baby shower cake was covered in fondant piano keys, fondant music staffs, and a handscuplted music note. The bottom layer was chocolate cake with chocolate mousee filling. The middle layer was white almond sour cream cake with swiss meringue buttercream filling and fresh sliced strawberries. The top layer was carrot cake with homemade cream cheese filling.

Baby Me




This petite baby shower cake was modeled after the baby invitation. The cake was german chocolate cake with chocolate fudge filling. The cake was covered with fondant and fondant circles with a handsculpted playful baby adorning the top of the cake.

Wands and Wizards!

















This cake was designed from a Harry Potter book that included a handsculpted owl from the book, Harry Potter glasses and a wand. The cake was red velvet cake with homemade cream cheese filing and frosting. The story on the right page was derived from the book and told a tale about the birthday girl's party.

Fabulous in Pink and Black!



This black, white and pink cake for a 55th birthday was covered in fondant with handpiped scrolls in royal icing with gumpaste pink accent flowers. The bottom layer was chocolate cake with white chocolate mousee filling. The middle layer was white almond sour cream cake with chocolate mousee filling. The top layer was lemon cake with lemon buttercream filling. The faux diamonds are not edible.
