5 Alarm Fire

This 2 tier cake was chocolate marble cake with fresh raspberry filling with a raspberry glaze.
It is covered in buttercream icing with edible fondant accents.
This cake was made for a graduation of a firefighter/EMT.
This fire helmet is a chocolate marble cake covered in fondant with actual Phoenix Fire Department logos and the graduate's last name.
